Client with a large sales force had many types of "bonus" compensation for individuals meeting key performance objectives. There was no centralized point of control or reporting mechanism to monitor the distribution of bonus funds across the company.


Provide a method of control to manage the distribution of bonuses within the organization including centralized reporting, audit controls over the recipient, and amount of bonus distribution. Integrate the method with existing compensation and payroll systems.


ADC consultants developed a configurable application interfacing with client personnel, payroll, and compensation systems to change the bonus management process into an efficient, well organized workflow in less than 90 days. Configurable controls can be placed on bonus items allowing for central management and reporting of the bonus process while still allowing for distributed control over bonus amounts and the determination of recipients.


Bonus amounts are distributed in a controlled and predictable manner with increased level of accountability and control.
